The Mediterre Aceto balsamico or balsamic vinegar is a vinegar from the Italian province of Modena. It is characterized by a dark brown color and a sweet and sour taste. The name refers to the fragrant character (balsamic means “fragrance”) of this vinegar.
Natural, fruit-enhanced balsamic: sea buckthorn, chokeberry and pomegranate are said to have almost magical powers. The sun over the Tuscan hills and experienced hands ignite their enormous flavor and, above all, their incredible medicinal plant power. Farmer and visionary Kurt Künzi has been the cultivating father of these extraordinary wildplants in Europe.
