Delivery Conditions

General Products:

Delivery within Switzerland costs CHF 17.90 (frozen deliveries CHF 50.00). For orders of CHF 300.00 or more, delivery is free (not applicable to frozen deliveries). Delivery time is usually five working days.

Pickup:

• Orders for wine and champagne can only be picked up in Baar; an ID check is required upon collection.
• Pickup (Click & Collect): Orders placed by 12:00 (noon) can be collected the following day in Baar between 10:00 and 16:00, after receiving the pickup confirmation, at the following address:

For orders placed outside Switzerland, the customer is responsible for any transport and customs costs. For countries not listed, delivery may be possible upon request.

Cancellations can be made in writing free of charge until the final order confirmation is received (within 2 working days). After that, free cancellation is no longer possible. We accept prepayment (bank transfer) and credit card as payment methods.
