Delivery terms

A delivery within Switzerland costs CHF 17.90 (frozen and/or wine deliveries CHF 50.00). From an order value of CHF 600.00 the delivery is free of charge (does not apply to frozen/wine deliveries). The delivery time is usually five working days.

Pick-up (Click & Collect): Orders placed before 12:00h (noon) can be picked up the following day in Steinhausen between 09:00 – 12:00h and in Lucerne between 10:00 – 17:00h, after receipt of the pick-up confirmation, at the following addresses:

For orders placed outside Switzerland, the customer is responsible for all transport and customs costs. To countries not listed, we may deliver on request.

Cancellations can be made in writing, free of charge, until receipt of the definitive order confirmation (within 2 working days). After that, no free cancellation is possible. As a means of payment we accept prepayment (bank transfer) and credit card.
